Strategy
Park Sell Buy reserves 50% of the available spaces exclusively for licensed local car dealers by county their business registered.
Pre-Confirmed Vehicles Spots
Dealers register for lot spot based off state issued dealer plats. Each plat all for the purchase of one lot spot up to the total number of register plates with a max of six plated per dealer location.
Lot Events
Dealers can purchase lot spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, up to the number of pre-confirmed vehicle spots allocated to them.
Compliance
Dealers must adhere to all state regulations, including notifying the licensing authority prior to attending an off-site sales event.
Pop Up Car Lots
Park Sell Buy organizers community-based "pop-up car lot" providing a safe, convenient, and neutral space for buyers to find their next vehicle on weekends. Our lots are typically open on Saturdays and Sundays, rain or shine. We are not a dealership; instead, we host events that bring together private sellers and dealerships in a central location to connect with potential buyers.

Park Sell Buy is a compliant, community-based pop-up marketplace where licensed dealers can legally showcase and sell vehicles, campers, boats, and trailers directly to the public, all within the boundaries of Minnesota law.
We partner with local dealerships to create a legal, insured, and high-visibility sales environment that gives your inventory more exposure without the high cost of traditional off-site sales or permanent lots.
Register Your Dealership & Plates
Dealers complete a one-time registration for $50 per plate (valid for the calendar year).
Submit proof of license, bond, and insurance.
Once verified, your dealership is eligible to reserve lot spaces at any Park Sell Buy event within your county.
Choose Events & Reserve Spaces
After verification, log in to our portal to view upcoming events.
Reserve the number of lot spaces up to (or equal to) the number of dealer plates you’ve registered.
Your first lot space purchase at each event triggers Park Sell Buy to automatically file the Minnesota DPS Off-Site Sales Notification Form on your behalf.
Stage Vehicles & Attend the Event
You may drop off vehicles on Friday and retrieve them on Monday.
On Sundays, per Minnesota law, vehicles must be locked and unattended. No dealer staff may be present.
Each vehicle will be issued a QR-coded window sticker so buyers can scan and inquire directly—even on Sundays.
Sell Legally & Locally
Park Sell Buy provides a compliant pathway for local dealers to reach weekend traffic.
Dealers remain the seller of record. All deals go through your existing DMS and sales process.

Off-Site Sales Compliance: We handle all Minnesota-required notifications and enforce restrictions like Sunday sales and county participation rules.
County Limitations: Dealers may only attend events in the county they’re licensed in—unless using a legal consignment workaround (motor vehicle dealers) or if a special exemption is triggered (e.g., 7 camper dealers unlock outside-county access).
Insurance Compliance: If you bring more than 3 vehicles to an event, your dealership will be treated as a vendor and must list Park Sell Buy as an additional insured.
Exposure Without Overhead: Participate in large, well-marketed sales events without needing a second lot or permanent lease.
