How It Works

Before The Event

Search For A Pop-Up Lot In Your Community

Register As A Seller 

Sign The Rental Agreement For Parking Spot

Verify Vehicle Registration

Enter Vehicle Detail Information

Add Pictures, Videos,  & Contact Methods For Window Stickers

Generate & Verify Your Window Sticker’s Information 

Review Lot Map & Including the Check-in Location For the Event

Pre-Loading, Insurance, Registration, and Driver’s License Streamlines The Check in Process   

Vehicle Check-In Process

Vehicles can be checked in up to 30 minutes before the event starts.

Please pull your vehicle directly into the registered lane. 

Scan the QR CODE at the registration to receive your widow sticks and row. 

Vehicles being checked in must have valid, current license plates and tabs.

Active automobile insurance policy documentation 

We will also request a photo ID (driver’s license or state ID card) matching the registered vehicle at check-in.

 

 

Important Info

PARKING YOUR VEHICLE

Please park in the correct lane based on the price of your vehicle. 

Please follow staging row. Pull In or Back In.

Please Park in the center of your space to ensure safety. 

Please stick window stickers to 4 different windows inside of vehicle. Your approved stickers are required at all time at the event. 

Only the registered owner is permitted to enter or exit the event with the vehicle. 

DISPLAYING YOUR VEHICLE

Please turn off the engine. No idling. 

“Please stow any items, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.”

Please secure your keys and documents to ensure the safety of your assets.

Please ensure your vehicle is not leaking any fluids. Place cardboard under your car to prevent any damage to the parking lot.

Widows stickers are your visible permit to be in the event. Removing the stickers or not displaying them can result in be asked to exit the event. 

 

REMOVING YOUR VEHICLE

Please remove your vehicle from the event each night.

Vehicles left overnight at weekend events are not subject to tow but are not covered for loss or theft. 

All vehicles are required to be removed from the event no later than 90 minutes after the end time of the lot contract. After 120 minutes, all vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. 

No major repairs or  vehicle updates are permitted on site.
